Return policy

Return to Finland:

We understand that sometimes you want or need to return your order. We only hope that when you order you take a minute to think that unnessesary returns take a toll on environment.

Contact us before returning for more information. Products and package needs to be in good shape when returning. Also the plastic packaging on the racket grips must be in place.  Make sure to pack your paddles well so they will be intact. You have 14 days since shipment arrives to make your return. To collect your refund ( doesn´t include original shipping charge ) dipends on how you make your payment. If your total balance is under the free shipping limit after return, we will collect the shipping fees.

Return policy does not include OUTLET- products.

If the product is damage or otherwise defective pleace contact us before returning.

It´s not returning if you dont´t collect the package. If you are not going to collect the package pleace contact us as soon as possible. We will charge you for extra shipping and returning fees if you don´t collect the package.

We will check and process the products during 2-4 working days of return. After that we will make the refund except the original shipping fees depending on your payment method.

Return to other countries :

Policy is otherways the same exept customer is in charge of all the fees including possible custom fees.

We reserve the right to make any changes regarding the website, price changes, delivery and refunds.
