Orders and Shipping

Products are shipped from our Finland warehouse unless they are bigger orders then products are maybe shipped directly from a factory. Orders are processed according to the dispatch time indicated on the website. If a product is not shipped within this timeframe, we will provide a solution via customer support.

Once shipped, the third-party logistics provider assumes responsibility for transportation. Ownership of the products passes to the buyer upon dispatch, and all shipping risks are borne by the carrier.

Reviews and Comments

When you submit reviews, comments, or other content on the Site ("Submissions"), they are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to limited stock, pricing errors, or payment verification issues. Packed or shipped orders cannot be canceled. Please contact customer support as soon as possible to cancel an order.
