Shipping methods

All our products are in stock, so deliveries are fast and reliable. In most cases, your order is shipped the same day.

You will receive a tracking code by email or SMS, allowing you to easily track your shipment depending on the selected delivery method.

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date (for example, for a special occasion), please mention it in the order notes and we will do our best to ensure it arrives on time.

No registration is required to place an order. After selecting your products, you can proceed directly to checkout.

All prices include VAT (25.5%).

Delivery options

We offer several delivery options depending on your location:

• Home delivery
• Delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker
• Local pickup (Joensuu, Finland)

Warehouse & Shipping

Normally, all orders are shipped from our Finland warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 2–7 business days.

If a product is temporarily out of stock in our Finland warehouse, we may ship it directly from our manufacturer's warehouse. In this case, the estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days.

No additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged to you. We take care of all customs clearance and applicable fees to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or on its way.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your order.

Please note that not collecting a parcel is not considered a return.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible and always include your order number.

Shipping and handling costs may be charged for uncollected parcels.
